Order Processing Time

We aim to process and prepare all orders as quickly as possible. Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times will depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control may occur.

Order Tracking

When your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, when available.

Please note that tracking information may take some time to become active after your order has been shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure that your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. If your package appears to be delayed or lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. Any such fees are the responsibility of the customer.
